Dynamic Sports Performance Coach Ferron Carter


Since 1996, Coach Ferron Carter has been involved in strength and conditioning with a working knowledge in high intensity training, manual strength training and Olympic weight lifting. Certified since 2003, Coach Carter is committed to the physical growth and development of children as well as adults.

Although not a nutritionist, he has a great understanding of how food affects the body. This has motivated him to design proper and safe work-outs and encourage healthy eating habits for boys and girls in an effort to battle childhood obesity and diabetes. Coach Carter grew up in Baltimore City and currently lives in Anne Arundel County. He provides personal training to professional athletes and is a consultant for several organizations.

His experience level and interpersonal skills have been embraced by many.

MISSION Coach Carter is committed to impacting the lives of everyone he comes in contact with, both mentally and physically. He continues to assist in combating health problems and the high obesity rate in our young children and adults in today’s highly influential society. Most importantly, he strives to help all athletes reach their fullest potential physically and academically through a fun, safe, intense and affordable strength & conditioning work-outs.
